Fábio Medina Osório
My experience in the Public Prosecution Service, in academic life and in legal practice has led me to study how power is exercised, what its limits are and how institutions can develop. These questions guide my work and my reflections on integrity, responsibility and freedom.
In the Digital Age, technology transforms the way we relate to one another, seek knowledge and make decisions. I seek to understand what these changes mean for people, for institutions and for the law. Along the way, I study the limits of the State's power to investigate and punish, the ways of resolving conflicts, and the capacity of institutions to recognize mistakes and learn from them.
Here I share books, articles, lectures and reflections that are part of this path.
